About My Practice:
Bekah meets people with authenticity, warmth, and compassionate curiosity—creating a safe relational space for people not only to understand themselves and their stories but also to experience real change. She often works with those who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, cultural adjustment, life transitions, burnout, self-criticism, perinatal disruptions/ trauma, or childhood wounds. Sessions frequently involve: developing resources to face challenges, increasing safety and stability, processing past or present experiences, shifting negative core beliefs, and improving emotional and nervous system regulation.
Bekah is a trained EMDR therapist and has witnessed (as well as experienced as a client) how quickly and effectively EMDR can resolve symptoms, emotional distress, and negative beliefs. She has also counseled at universities in both the US and UK, and has worked with adults from various backgrounds and countries.
