About My Practice:
Luke’s work in mental health grew out of a genuine interest in understanding people and a deep respect for the challenges that come with being human. His own journey, combined with years of study and clinical experience, has shaped a counseling style that helps clients build awareness, acceptance, and a stronger sense of authorship over their lives.
Luke earned his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University and is currently practicing as a pre-licensed therapist. He works primarily with teens (14+) and adults facing challenges such as OCD, anxiety, mood disorders, and self-esteem issues. He also brings experience and dedication to supporting individuals dealing with more complex or severe mental health concerns.
Grounded in empathy and curiosity, Luke’s sessions invite clients to pause, reflect, and reconnect with their own inner guidance. His therapeutic work draws from evidence-based and integrative approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic therapy—always tailored to meet the unique needs of each person he works with.
