About My Practice:
Rachel is passionate about helping people feel seen, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives. She works with teens, adults, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting clients through life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
Her approach blends warmth with curiosity, focusing on what’s happening in the present moment and how the mind and body work together in the healing process. Drawing from Gestalt and Person-Centered therapies—along with evidence-based tools from CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and EMDR—Rachel tailors each session to fit the individual in front of her.
Clients often describe Rachel as calm, attentive, and down-to-earth. She believes therapy is a collaborative process, where genuine connection and self-awareness can lead to lasting growth and deeper self-understanding.
